| Introduction | David McGowan has been involved in Management in the Tourist Industry for 20 years. He has been at Sea Shore Management for the last six years in the role of General Manager at Chix Sea Grill and Bar. Prior to that he spent three years with Prococainti Hotels and Shula's Steakhouse, and served as the Food and Beverage Director for The Harbor Club. In 2002 he was awarded The Wine Spectators Award of Excellence, 2003 Sante Magazines Best Wine and Spirits Venue in the South East United States in 2004, and in 2005 Restaurant and Hospitality and Magazines Top Ten Wine Lists in America. He has been affiliated with the Masonic Lodge of Virginia since 2005. In 1990 he received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Old Dominion University and in 2009 an MBA from Strayer University with a 3.91 GPA.
