| Introduction | I love the creative process. I used land as a raw material for 30 years as a real estate developer in Greenviile County, South Carolina. I made knives part time for about twelve years while still doing the real estate thing. I left real estate in 2007 to pursue full time bladesmithing & have learned a lot & enjoyed every aspect of the business. People sometimes refer to me as an artist but I remind them that an artist's children are often shoeless while an ARTISAN'S kids generally are well equipped with footwear. |
