| Introduction | My name is Jackie Emilo. I am from a small town in Vermont (yes, you are right there are no "big" towns) called Middlebury. I graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Dietetics in 2010. Since then, I have moved from my home state to Boston, along with my boyfriend Eli. We live in a lovely apartment together in Medford. I recently just got accepted into Graduate School at Tuft's University, where I will study Nutrition, Food Policy and Public Health starting Fall 2012. I currently work at an absolutely amazing restaurant in Cambridge called Hungry Mother. I am learning about local food, beer, wine and craft cocktails on a daily basis and loving every minute of it! |
