| Introduction | My name is Jennifer. I am a wife and mother of two handsome young men...Connor is 5 and Trent is 4. I started making cakes for friends and family about 6 years ago. My husband has been very supportive all along even encouraging me to take classes and start a "real" business. I did so for just about a year before being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and closing. But, after 6 months, I just couldn't take it anymore and have decided to open the business as a GLUTEN FREE cake and cupcake business. So, here I am with Gwendolyn's GLUTEN FREE Goodies. Any for those who don't know who Gwendolyn is?...well, that's me! My dad, who has a special name for everyone, has called me Gwendolyn since I was a baby.
