| Introduction | With close to 1500hrs of teaching under my belt, I continue to look for more opportunities to make a positive impact within the world and the community. One such way, I have organized and implemented Outreach programs offering Yoga as well as various volunteer opportunities to the Boys & Girls Club of Scottsdale, AZ, Domestic Violence shelters, Developmental Challenged facilities and many more. Adding yoga to my life solidified the commitment of being in-service as healer in addition to ten years of experience as a practicing Reiki Practitioner and completion of levels 1 & 2 of Phoenix Rising’s yoga therapy training. On February 1, 2012, received a designation E-200hr RYT-500hr RYT. |
| Interests | After offering fifteen years working up the corporate ladder in the world of clothing retail I've chosen to commit my energies and life to being in-service to others. With 7 years of personal yoga experience I took the yogic path a step further by completing a 200hr Anusara, B.K.S. Iyengar and Kripalu influenced Yoga Teacher Training in 2009 and in 2010-2011 completion of a 500hr certification. Since my graduation I have been teaching regular yoga classes, volunteering at various locations, as well as traveling and working alongside Master Yoga Teacher Christy Burnette showing love, compassion and awareness. |
