Introduction	1996-2001 period: Coordination of various projects of the institution (Phare Programming, CBC Programming, Twinning Programming) in order to achieve the expected level of projects implementation; Responsible with the managing of all activities related to the projects: preparing projects, reports, coordination of training activities (including training needs assessment and evaluation strategy), monitoring, liaison with EC Delegation and other related activities to the project services implementation; responsible with the designing of the new framework communication procedures between Ministry of Interior, Romanian General Customs Administration and other agencies.
