Introduction	Honestly, I don't like "About Me" paragraphs... that's why I choose to write these blog journals... so I'm not forced to characterize myself in 200 words or less.
Interests	Photomanipulative and traditional art, creating custom portraits via my website www.taraflyphotos.com, writing essays and stories, torturing pianos, torturing audiences with bad acting, most importantly: my family and my CATS! (no, I don't torture them, well sometimes)
Favorite movies	The Back to the Future trilogy, Moulin Rouge, Camelot, Secret of NIMH, A+E's Pride and Prejudice miniseries, Brigit Jones's Diary, Anne of Green Gables, and many more cheesy titles...
Favorite music	Enya, Sarah Brightman, Andre Bocelli, movie and musical soundtracks, Loreena McKennitt, Charlotte Church... but I also get in moods to hear Def Leppard, Metallica, or the Monkees (my childhood favorite band) Basically anything except rap.
Favorite books	Mainly fantasy novels. My favorite author is David Eddings. Also: Robert Jordan, Terry Brooks, Anne McCaffery and various authors I stumble upon at the library. I also enjoy classic British literature and novels based on world history.

I don't wear belts. I hate belts. But I like the idea of a floor-length sweater... where do you buy those??
