| Introduction | Hi everyone! My name is Denise Jukniewicz (phonetically it's pronounced like YOOK-NEV-ICH) and I earned my B.A. degree from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ and my M.L.S. degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. I have been a Professional Librarian for over 18 years, and have been honored to spend the last 9 and 1/2 years here at the Mahwah Public Library as the Teen Librarian. I truly enjoy working with our teens and "tweens" because I never stop learning from them as well. |

| Favorite movies | "Ratatouille" because that "little chef" inspired me to learn how to make the dish; "WALL-E" and "Up" are pretty fun to watch as well. But my favorite Disney movie and chararcter is Stitch from "Lilo & Stitch." |

| Favorite books | The "Ranger's Apprentice" series, The "Hunger Games" trilogy, the "Maximum Ride" series, the "H.I.V.E." series, the "Percy Jackson & the Olympians" series, the "Heroes of Olympus" series, the the "Harry Potter" series, and the "Mortal Instruments" series just to name a few. Of course my favorite manga series are "Fullmetal Alchemist," "Black Butler," "Durarara!!!"(Shizuo Heiwajima rocks but don't make him angry), "Bleach" (Captain Hitsugaya rules!), and "Soul Eater" (I'm Black Star!)! |
