| Introduction | I am 33, married 10 wonderful years and we have two little ones. I grew up pretty fit. I think I was 22 before my scale ever supassed 110. Ya I know. That is just me though. So I have kinda let myself slide. :/ Yes I've had two babies, buuuut I have gotten lazy and pretty laxed with what I eat. Can't do that anymore! ;P So I am making myself accountable and hopefully helping others meet their health goals as well. :) Did I mention I love to laugh? |
