| Introduction | I hold Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree of Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice of Law Development Centre and a Master of laws degree. Also a certified practitioner of Construction law involving FIDIC Contracts by International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). I am the managing partner in the law firm of Angualia Busiku & Co. Advocates. I concentrate my legal practice of ten years in the areas of; Construction and infrastructure law, corporate and commercial law and trademarks. I represent several local and international construction companies involved in various construction projects in the Country. I have registered several trademarks and related matters involving several big foreign brands in the Country. |
