| Introduction | I am a happy new addition to Phenix & Phenix. A native of Peoria, IL, I will say I can drive in snow, ice and rain better than most here in TX. I'm passionate about creative writing and love working with talented authors through P&P. Formal bio: Kelly Stonebock brings an eclectic set of interests and talents to the P&P staff. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a Bachelors of Science in Advertising. As a student, she spent four years working closely with the Alumni Association, and served as a coordinator of the prestigious Illini Comeback program. Kelly focused a large amount of her undergraduate studies to pursuing creative writing. She has been published in the University of Illinois literary magazine, Montage. Kelly’s understanding of branding hails not only from an education with one of the leading schools of advertising, but also from an internship spent as a copywriter at an ad agency in St. Louis, where she worked on such brands as Grey Goose, Bacardi, Ocean Spray and Purina. Kelly is a member of the Austin chapter of the Association for Women in Communications & the Austin Social Media Club. |
