| Introduction | You know you are a swimmer when there’s nothing wrong with a saying “ I will show you my best if you show me your fly " The most joyful thing for me is that I have never imagined that I could teach, coach and train in swimming . Swimming has become my avocation, I'm truly grateful that I have an opportunity being able to share my personal swimming experiences here . I'd just want to take this opportunity to share with those who want to learn how to swim, to be able to understand my course , and mIt is a place of motivation concept with fitness and health , a place where keep uplifting your spiritual and energy to the fullest . I am willing to share with you ways to stay in a positive tone with full of energies in life . Being able to teach / coach is the greatest happiness and joy for me . I'm truly grateful indeed .
