| Introduction | I write this blog for me and started it as a way to talk to my dad, who died from a massive heart attack on February 6, 2009. As I worked through my grief, it became a place where I began to share more joys than sorrows and where I healed from other tragic life events. Now it is simply a place for me to share my thoughts, ideas and every now and again, the pain that still rears it's ugly head regarding the man who was one of the best I knew. |
