Introduction	My name is Patricia Delisha. People call me 'Delisha' because I'm a tasty cook. That's the problem - too tasty! I realized I had a problem with food when I tried to chew this plastic octopus at the Seattle Aquarium. I love squid. The powers that be were not impressed! Every year I set myself a new challenge. Last year it was to write a book on Child Astrology, a subject close to my heart. This year I want to write the follow-up book 'Dancing with the Stars' on relationships and astrology - AND - since I'm a sucker for punishment - to lose 20-30 lbs. of chub. THIS TIME IT'S FOR REAL! I've set myself the challenge of losing the pounds by the time the current series of 'American Idol' ends in May. Will I do it? YOU BETCHA and if I don't well then I shall have to eat humble pie on this blog site. Come along with me for the ride and see how it goes. Maybe you could join forces. After all, there's strength in numbers - right?
