Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I DO have a scarf. I just never wear it. It's too time consuming. Why do some people walk around without pants or a shirt? Probably because they feel sexy without it. My neck is far sexier than my torso or legs, and if you've got it, flaunt it, I suppose.
