When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
I do not use an alarm OR snooze button, but have been self-awakening between 6 and 6:30 A.M. for more than 35 years. I occasionally turn over and sleep another hour some Wednesdays and Sundays, and that makes me feel like I am being lazy.
