| Introduction | "I used to be somebody, but now I am somebody else." An educator by training, my experience was in teaching the social sciences and in administration at an institution of higher learning. In the midst of becoming a wife and mother, I ignited a hidden passion for all things food related. It was only just recently that I finally deduced why I love cooking and food so much - it (like the other arts) is so multi-disciplinary. And so, I have begun to entertain the thought that I might be able to combine my training with my love of food to inspire people to cook their own meals in their own homes for their own families. |

Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?
The statue will be made of butter, but, of course. It will commemorate the victory of the battle against artificial cooking fats.
