Introduction	The picture you see, here, in my profile was taken in the 1950's. I was three, or perhaps four. The age of innocence, hope, eagerness, simple needs and simple desires. I am trying to get back there, just like the Bible says..."Be Ye Like Little Children", I believe that means to return, with all your adult experiences, disappointments, and crushed expectations, to the moment by moment aliveness of the child you once were. This blog is about my journey back to that place, how hard it is, how circuitous the route, how necessary the journey. As I write about my return trip home, I hope you find something for yourself, some shared moment, some tiny piece of rough wisdom...like sand smoothed beach glass, I hope you pick it up, take it home, and remember me by it.
