| Introduction | I've been a community activist since the mid-seventies. I've held elected offices at the local level in both municipal government and education for more than 20 years, and President of a local Machinists Union for more than 12 years, representing workers interests.I continue to work for social change as an advocate for domestic violence victims.I volunteer my "spare" time working with kids and doing Hospice. I believe that when you do the right thing for the right reasons you have true rewards. |
