Introduction	I'm a country gal living with my awesome Hubby on our ranch in Northern California. We have two grown-up daughters and two grandkids. My family never ceases to make me laugh, they are a true joy in my life. I'm on the downhill slide to 50, so naturally, I decided I would take up running. Having never really been athletic, and gardening is the closest I ever got to exercise, it has been an educational process. I've set some short term goals, which I have been able to reach, and now I'm ready to become a "runner" and not just someone who runs.
