Introduction	The importance of eating healthy and being nutritious has been a part of my life since I was a child, but I understand not everyone knows how to have a healthy and nutritious lifestyle when it comes to food. I feel there is a misconception that eating healthy doesn’t taste good. That couldn’t be further from the truth! I started this website a couple of years ago so I could share really great recipes with others. Here is what I do…I research and find all kinds of recipes, try them out and if they are great I place them on my website. Some of these recipes are my own and some are from friends, family and other websites. I hope you enjoy these recipes I share and I hope some of my favorite family recipes become yours!

Favorite movies	Gone with the Wind, The Twilight Saga, Harry Potter Movies...too many to name!
Favorite music	All types - I love Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Goo Goo Dolls, Train, Incubus, J Cole, Weezer, Katy Perry, Anything 80's...Im SO all over the place!!
Favorite books	Anything VC Andrews (I'm her #1 fan), Twilight Saga, Dragon Tatoo Trilogy, David Alderman's Black Earth Series, Sookie Stackhouse books, The Hunger Games series, the Bible - I LOVE Bible Studies...especially Beth Moore Bible studies.
