| Introduction | Zoran's relationship with food is unequivocal, from sourcing his ingredients locally to placing the completed dishes before his guests, there is a love and respect between the two like no other. Zoran lives to see the enjoyment people express from eating his food. It is for this reason that he is so defined as a chef and has cooked for Josep Borell the President of the European Parliament, was a private chef to Vincent Degert during his time in Zagreb and has cooked for the daughter of King Abdullah of Jordan among so many others.
Zoran's dedication and natural talent led him to train with some of world’s leading chefs. He was trained by Stephan Macchi to be second in charge of the restaurant, Plato from the tender age of 22, after which he branched out to work under Jean Marie Zimmerman, Cunard's Executive Chef, where he circled the globe three times on the prestigious Queen Victoria, cooking for an elite market and learning about world food. Today Zoran is a personal chef, bringing a deep passion and exciting receipes to each of his clients. |
