Introduction	Life as a pregnant father is absolutely wonderful laced with a little fear. What goes on seems totally out of my control. On the other hand, there is such joy in knowing that you helped make a baby! And, as a man, I am supposed to be strong and macho. But, there is more to worry about..especially feelings that I like to share. It has taken me more than a few days to sink all this into my thick skull. I just want the best for our baby! They're a reflection of who we are. So, even though I drive Ingrid a little crazy sometimes by being the "food police," it is all for good reason. I am also sharing this experince in the hope that it might be of some use to someone, and of course to have a laugh one day in the future with the subject itself!
