Introduction I have loved teaching ever since I can remember (six or seven years old). I love visiting old professors or students because learning is a mutual and reciprocal relationship. I love catching up with students and see where their life has brought them: I learn more about life from my students and professors because of their diversity and interests. Students have said that I have been the most caring professor they have had: I can only say that I am blessed to be an educator.
Interests runnning <<aerobic>>, weights <<strength>>, and yoga <<flexibility>>, reading, traveling, hanging out with old friends, movies, music, philosophy, spirituality, etc., etc., etc.
Favorite Movies There are too many to list, really. The genres are open: epic, drama, comedy, tragedy, romance, etc., etc., and etc. I love watching movies.
Favorite Music I love contemporary music as well as the classics. My girlfriend introduces me to opera and pop music; it has expanded my range. So I can name no favorites other than Christian, rock, country, rap and hip hop, alternative, jazz, indie, folk, British, etc., etc., and etc.
Favorite Books Illuminata by Marianne Williamson. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. The Conquest of Happiness by Bertrand Russell, Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl and the list goes on and on. My favorite poets are Emily Dickinson, William Carlos Williams, and Robert Frost. The list could continue as well...

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

I would use chopsticks somehow to peel off the skin. I am Chinese so that is what I would do.
