Introduction	I'm a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Fitness Nursing. As a Certified ChiRunning and ChiWalking Instructor, I combine the disciplines of nursing and fitness to assist people in maximizing their fitness regardless of any limitations they may have. Prevention of primary disease through exercise, diet and stress management allows people to get healthy in order to lose weight. I am passionate about long distance trail running, but also use snow and water skiing as effective and fun diversions! I live in Reno, NV and am fortunate to enjoy such a beautiful place to live near Lake Tahoe.
