| Introduction | My Profession is teaching and I am a Teacher by Passion. Idea to start has come from my students and my habit is try till you succeed or fail but you learn. Learning should be your asset and also learn from others.Started My carrier as Assistant Professor in 2009, in these years my student thought me what is my passion and realize me what should I have been, my goal and dream. I never teach then something new but thought them to think in different way but indirectly I was learning from them and still doing.Many students used to tell me to talk about my experience, motivation and how to face this world. Students who have more arrears used to tell me about their achievements and the reason behind it. I always love to hear from my students and their progress, which gives me a great pleasure.Make every student think, realize and understand what he is capable of doing then you see the change.I feel today's generation students are lacking in concentration and motivation. They are capable to clear their papers but what about their dreams and destination.An idea to start consultancy to motivation and realize their dreams. |
