Introduction	Looking out from my studio/gallery/home, I see Canada. I live on an island with some of the highest tides in the world…nature, weather & sea, prevail. My work as a sculptor creates persona for the elements surrounding me as well as expressions of female experience & soul. Moving with others in the late 1960’s from N.Y.C. to rural Maine as back-to-the-land hippies, the idealism and the search for renewing meaning & identity of those times remains with me.
