| Introduction | Yogendra Chapagain is an education, research, and development professional with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing education programs across Nepal. With an M.Phil., MA in Rural Development, and M.Ed. in English Education, he specializes in school education systems, inclusive education, teacher professional development, and policy planning. He has contributed to major donor-funded projects, including USAID’s EGRP and EGL, and supported over 80 local governments in developing education strategies, plans, and curricula. Yogendra is also skilled in project management, data-driven research, and capacity-building facilitation, with hands-on experience in KOBO, SPSS, and training delivery. Currently working as an independent education consultant, he provides technical support to federal, provincial, and local governments.
