About me

Industry Consulting
Location Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Introduction I have a long-standing interest in applying well tested scientific methods and approaches to business problems. This expresses itself most strongly in training and consulting activities in the areas of project management, financial modelling, decision analysis, system design and the use of a variety of software tools, some developed here at Numerix. Over the past decade or so I have facilitated a large number of decision sessions for a variety of medium to large organisations in areas of mining, construction, research and government, assisting them to arrive at rational, transparent and properly argued conclusions on major decisions. I have also conducted numerous training workshops in decision-making, decision-management and the use of the Analytic Hierarchy/Network Process. I am a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Project Management Institute. I have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, and a Ph.D. degree in Geo-Engineering.
