| Introduction | I am a 25 year old from Oklahoma with a heart that has been shaped by my time spent in San Fran. I am trying to change my ways and live a healthier life, but old habits sure are hard to break. It'll take time, patience, and endurance but that's what I'm here for! I'm not striving for physical beauty or thinness, but health, body mind and soul. This can ultimately only be accomplished through God, but He created us for relationship and there's a good reason He has put people in our lives, so that we can lean on each other in order to keep ourselves from falling down. I just keep telling myself that I while I may not reach my goal today, or even tomorrow, I have to start somewhere and each small step in the way of a healthier life is progress. |
