| Introduction | I am a Mom. I'll always identify myself as such. Since I was three, that was all I wanted to be. I didn't play with dolls - they weren't real, it wasn't interesting, I'll wait till they are. Grandmotherhood is an offshoot of mothering, it comes so easy now and is so absolutely enjoyable. I am a daughter, sister, aunt, wife. I am defined by those relationships. They are the permanent ones. I have worn other hats, but they always fly off or get put away, not my relationships. |
