Introduction	Born and raised in England, I now live in Overland Park. I initially started this as a way to log training for my first marathon, but now that's long since done and dusted (with 3 months of limping to show for it), mainly I just record races I've run/limped or stumbled my way through. Why? I dunno; something to do to keep the demons out?
