| Introduction | I am a widow with four beautiful daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. I recently retired and I am so enjoying each new day. All of my days are good with some being much better than others. I love living and look forward to each new day with a sense of wonder. I believe all of us are here for a purpose and we are to look after each other.I believe life is a learning process until we leave.We have lessons to learn to aid us in reaching a higher level of being.I think it's it important to learn for our negative experiences and hopefully turn those negatives into positives and pass these lessons along to others by creating good healthy living examples, not only by what we say but what we do.
