| Introduction | I was born in Dublin in 1963 and studied Psychology and Philosophy at University College Dublin. I moved to London in 1985, where I worked in many areas, from theatrical make-up artist to museum administrator. I attended Michael Donaghy´s wonderful poetry workshop at City University, London, from 1998 to 2002. I spent a couple of years teaching in Spain (Valladolid and Granada), and Ireland (Dublin).
