| Introduction | I was born in Ogden, Utah and I love Utah for it's beautiful mountains and weather. I have the most incredible, handsome, husband who I love very much. He is very smart and an amazing climber with a unique, exciting and fun personality. We do everything together and share a lot of the same interests. I am the only daughter in my family with 3 brothers. My brothers are awesome, we are a very close family and I miss them like crazy. My parents are the coolest! They are some of my best friends. I admire them so much for the way they live their lives and for all they have taught me. I have been teaching pilates for a little over 3 years now and love my job! I love helping people feel good about themselves and their life. I have worked with a lot of different people with very different goals and have learned to adapt each work out to each individual. I have seen pilates and fitness change my life and the lives of each of my clients. I love working with people, it is so fun getting to know different clients and so many different personalities. I hope to work in the fitness industry for the rest of my life! |
