| Introduction | Steve and Sandra are the Regional Directors of the AOJ Office in Guatemala. As Director General, Steve is responsible for all mission operations and works with senior staff in ensuring that all current and new programs are meeting the organization's objectives. Sandra is Mission Director and is responsible for managing the operation of the school and the Child Sponsorship Program. She also creates and introduces new programs to be implemented into the school so these poor children can have the same educational opportunities as other children. Steve and Sandra also host teams from across North America for short-term volunteer assignments that typically last for 1 week and involve house-building, food distribution and spending time with the children at the school.
