| Introduction | I offer business consulting services for the hospitality and business process outsourcing domains. I specialize in starting up, operations, and customer experience. For the last 40 years, I have been engaged in multiple domains - Aircraft Maintenance, IT Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Hospitality. The IT Services and BPO stints were my ventures. I have gained a good deal of experience in managing operations and technology. I have also gained considerable insights into customer experience management, human resource, and financial management. I believe education should be fair. It should provide every human being with the opportunity to live a life. I believe in leadership that encompasses empathy, a willingness to learn, and vulnerability; and values that respect life and the law. And above all, integrity! As Shakespeare wrote in his play Hamlet, “This above all: to thine own self be true/And it must follow, as the night the day/Thou canst not then be false to any man.” |
