| Introduction | I'm a certified personal trainer and an INBF amateur figure competitor. I am new to the world of competing. I started a year ago, and am getting ready for my first show of the season. I had a great start last year taking 1st in novice figure in my very first show, and placing in my last 2 shows. My goal is to get my pro card. I know I still have a lot to learn, although in this industry the learning is never ending. No matter what it takes, I am determined to one day win. I created this blog to share with you my journey along the way. Everything I learn and experience, both physically and mentally. Even if you have no interest in competing, I hope you can benefit from all of my experiences. Everything I've learned so far, has helped me in all aspects of life...on the stage and beyond. |
