Introduction	We set out to fulfill a dream. We retired from work, packed two bags, hugged the kids and got their blessing. The dream: to move from land life to sea life. Ester, the boat, named after and in memory of our cat, who was part of the family for 17 years, that passed away a few months before our first boat entered the family in 2010. To make the dream come true, we embarked on Ester the 2nd, which was purchased with the progress of plans to cross the ocean. As long as we enjoy and able, we will make our way from the Mediterranean, to other great seas, to discover remote islands. We hope that the dream that has accompanied us for years, does indeed suit us and meets expectations. That the family we have built is able to stand the physical distance, and remain close and warm as it is, and that our health will continue to be good. We write this blog to our lovers with great love, and to us as a memory of the journey. Udi and Ayelet Rahat
