Introduction	Doctor in Geography Education, Masters in Geography and BA in History. I am also a writer and Photographer. I have published three books of poetry, two books of short stories and a number of articles. Besides Portuguese, my first language, I also speak English (my second language) and Italian. I also speak some German and some French. My areas of study are Geography, Geography Education Using Multimedia Technology, History and Multimedia Technology Improving Learning. I am a member of: - NCGE (The National Council for Geographic Education) - NCSS (National Council for the Social Studies) - Florida Society of Geographers
Interests	Geography, writing, travel, good TV and good food. I do love a good conversation with a LIBERAL INTELLECTUAL.
Favorite movies	Movies that are well done and teach us about something (no Hollywood trash please!). I love love GEOGRAPHICAL DOCUMENTARIES.
