About me

Gender Female
Location Indiana, United States
Introduction This blog is about finding my way to self actualization. Here is a little about me...I live to travel- currently working on all 50 states. I am slightly princessy but not really a girly-girl. There are not many wines I don't like, but the sparklier the better. I am aspiring to learn how to cook. I love trying new things. I am pretty much a hurricane/ bull in a china shop. I am a disorganized mess-except for at work where I am pretty anal about most things. I don't really care for history or politics. My favorite past-time is people watching.
Interests Travel, Wine, Massages, Reading, Photography, Cooking, Dining.
Favorite Movies My husband and I are working on watching the 100 greatest movies of all time so they are constantly explanding. I can see why people are still obsessed with James Dean. We also working on all the Bond movies-Peirce Brosnan is my favorite- I thing because he was the first one I watched. I LOVE Gone With the Wind- it is hard to believe that movie was made in the 1930's. My favorite genre is Christmas movies if that really is a genre with a tie between It's A Wonderful Life and Elf. -Pride and Predjudice and Dirty Dancing some of my favorite girly movies. I have to stop going back and watching my old favorites because when I watch them know I just don't get why the appealed to me in the first place.
Favorite Music Being an ex- dairy farm girl, Country is my favorite, it increases milk production so it was always playing in the background. I like pretty much everything- but really question why I ever loved some of those misogynistic rap and hip hop songs. Not a fan of screamo or the German stuff my husband listens to.
Favorite Books The Witch of Blackbird Pond, To Kill A Mockingbird, and Pride and Predjudice are my favorites. I love anything by Jodi Piccoult, Anita Shreeve, and Elizabeth Berg.

You forgot your mom's birthday! What can you make out of super glue and olive pits?

A sculpture-It doesn't really matter, luckily Moms have to love everything you make them!
