Introduction	Meredith is the mother of a seven-year old, a five year old and a newborn. She is happily married for more than ten years and cooks something almost every day. Cooking and eating have been the glue that keeps her family connected. Meredith's mother is a tremendous cook and food has been a cornerstone of her life. Meredith works full time for the premier university on Long Island as the Assistant Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs. She is active in her community but most of all she is active in her kitchen.
