| Introduction | I am a full-time student living in Victoria BC who refuses to sacrifice quality when it comes to enjoying gluten-free food made at home, or around Victoria and other cities. For me, eating isn't about filling a void in one's empty stomach just to be satisfied--food is meant to be savored and inspired. Gluten-free food doesn't have to be boring and bland--thankfully we live in a city that provides countless options to feed our bodies and souls, without compromising taste and variety. I hope this blog will be a guide for any person afflicted with celiac disease when it comes to either dining out, or eating in. |
