| Introduction | Although the focus of this blog is trail running in the Indian Peaks of Colorado, I aim to write about more than just the trails. I want to comment on issues of interest and share thoughts I have about these. Science, human psychology and international issues are all keen interests of mine and these will be reflected through my commentary.
