Introduction	Gustavo Dias was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has graduated in physical education in Rio de Janeiro's State University (UERJ), and later on, took several courses on Exercise Physiology and Sports Science. He is EARJ's middle and upper school P.E. teacher and also coaches Soccer and Futsal (indoor soccer). Gustavo chose to teach in this area because he thinks P.E. and sports can be an important tool when it comes to the development of social skills, teamwork and citizenship.
