Introduction	My Vision deals with transformation of consciousness, of getting individuals and communities to recognize their interconnectedness and interdependence and to consider those key characteristics when making decisions. It has to do with promoting mutual respect, religious and ideological ecumenicism, equity, and inclusiveness. My vision has more to do with processes than outcomes because outcomes are not for any one person to dictate. My stretch goal is build coalitions, person by person, organization by organization, to create this awareness. My manageable goal is to complete my Ph.D. so as to better prepare and better credential myself to be an agent of positive change. I just need to complete my prelims this spring and move on to the dissertation. I can do this.
