Introduction	I guess you could call my recent adventures a midlife change of career and you'd be right. I do need to add that it wasn't by choice. I had a pretty awesome career in data management that I enjoyed immensely. The problem is that I got laid off and while searching for new employment it suddenly became very important that I have a degree. I had never attended college before and decided it was time. The only question was - What to study? I realized that what I liked best about my previous career was teaching people how to do their jobs. After being laid off for three years I also realized that I really enjoyed spending time with children (I taught summer camp). So it was only natural for me to decide to head off to college to get a degree in elementary education. So here I am - five years later - getting ready to start my Master's at the Minnesota State University - Mankato. I completed my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and my STEM Certificate in May. I am not teaching fifth grade in Bloomington, MN as well.
Interests	SCI-ence! Movies. Reading. Writing. Sewing. My dogs. My kids. Teaching. Legos.
Favorite Movies	ALL movies! I am addicted to movies.
Favorite Music	I am a wedding DJ so I pretty much listen to all types of music.
