Introduction	Rapidly approaching 50, diagnosed with ADD (procrastination is a symptom),and reliving my college years albeit with a husband, 3 children, an absolutely adorable beagle and a full time management job. Thanks to one little improv class that I signed up for in January 2010, I've completely transformed my life. I discovered that I can't stop talking so I'm writing now to save my family from all of the verbal rambling. BTW this is not a "how to" blog.
