About me

Industry Education
Location Newton, New Jersey, United States
Introduction Recently released: Editor's Choice Award-winning book, Horse Bound: The View From the Top of Mount Manure. In addition, my earlier Kindle books are ON SALE, and are going for cheap with the purchase of a paperback copy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ With degrees in psychology and Special Education, I was a high school Special Ed teacher for 25 years. I have been a regular contributor at Pediatrics for Parents on parenting special ed kids and at Constant Content on finance and other topics. My articles appear in such far-flung places as mortgage websites and Encyclopedia Brittanica. But horses are my passion. That's what I write about, and it's what I know best. I've been working with horses for over 50 years. That's a long time. That they still seem to like me is, I believe, to my credit and a reflection of their kindness.
Interests English. I am a grammar maven and certified punctuation specialist. As there's little call for either.
Favorite Movies Seabiscuit, Buck, Out of Africa
Favorite Music My taste in music is eclectic. I love Classical Graffiti by The Planets--so young and so talented!--and anything by The Eurythmics, but I'll listen to whatever strikes my fancy. A solid back beat and memorable lyrics get me every time.
Favorite Books Susan Jane Gilman's Hypocrite in a Poufy White Dress, Alice in Wonderland, lots of others

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

I have tried repeatedly to take the peel of an apple all in one go, but have had little success. I eat the peel with the apple.
