About me

IntroductionI take pride in the fact that I learned how to read at such an early age when kids my age aren't remotely interested yet with books. From big-lettered picture books, I moved on to fairy tales, to collecting Sweet Valley series, Baby Sitters Club, Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys adventures. Suspense, war and detective novels are personal favorites because I learn so much from reading them. Chick lits make me laugh and relax, autobiographies keep me grounded and informed, comics entertain me and book series pretty much drives me crazy, collecting, finding and all that stuff. But alas, no matter how old I get, I never seem to get enough of young adult literature. I always go back to Judy Blume novels, Gary Paulsen and E.L Konigsburg's books. I love bargain books and seem to have a mountain of them yet to be read. In fact, I probably should get back to reading now as Leopold Bloom is about to muse the concept of parallax, while I try so hard to grasp a little about it.
